Using the service
By visiting the promotional website or playing Meme Machine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The game is intended for general audiences and is not designed for children under 13.
Playing with others
You are responsible for the name and feedback you submit. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, harass or threaten another player, share another person’s private information, break the law, interfere with the game, or attempt to disrupt or access systems without permission. Keep rooms friendly and do not submit sensitive personal information as feedback.
Availability and changes
Meme Machine is provided as an online service. Features, prompts, match availability, and room behavior may change as the project is maintained. We may temporarily suspend or limit access to address security, reliability, or misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every room can be recovered after a network or service failure.
Project content
The site’s name, mascot, interface, artwork, and original game content belong to the project operator or their respective rights holders. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial play. Do not copy or redistribute project assets as if they were your own. Third-party names and links belong to their owners.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party sites, including the live game, GitHub, Google, and service providers. We do not control third-party sites and their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of them.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary interruptions or inability to use the game, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by law. For questions or bug reports, use the Contact page.
